Anmatjere (Ti-Tree)

Anmatjere or Ti-Tree is located 200km north of Alice Springs on the sealed Stuart Highway. The Anmatjere language group also includes the surrounding communities of Pmara Jutunta (Six Mile), Nturiya (Station) and Wilora (Stirling), as well as the smaller outstations of Adelaide Bore, Alien, Petyale and Woods Camp. These homelands have a combined population of around 550 with the central community of Ti-Tree having a Council Office, Aged Care, School, Health Clinic, Police Station and several shops. 

Purple House are working with the community to bring dialysis to Anmatjere by the end of 2026 thanks to funding from the Commonwealth Government.
