Atitjere (Harts Range)

Atitjere or Harts Range is a community located 215km north west of Alice Springs on the sealed Plenty Highway amidst the scenic Harts Ranges. With a population of 260 people, Atitjere also encompasses the smaller outstations of Mt Eaglebeak, Spotted Tiger, Irrelirre and Foxalls Well. The community has a Council Office, School, Health Clinic, Police Station, Store and hosts and annual bush rodeo weekend.

Purple House is working with the community to bring dialysis to Atitjere in 2026 thanks to funding from the Commonwealth Government. You can keep up to date with this project on our New Builds page.
