Located in East Arnhem Land, Nhulunbuy is one of our coastal top end units. Nhulunbuy is on the east coast of the Gove Peninsula, 1000 km east of Darwin. This Yolŋu community is the biggest town in East Arnhem Land, home to about 3500 people and has a Woolworths, Aus Post, School, Hospital, Westpac, Buku-Larrŋgay Mulka Art Centre and many tourism enterprises.

This unit is in cooperation with the Miwatj Health Service and ARRCS. Miwatj started the service with a 2 chair clinic in Yirrkala to assist dialysis patients get back to country, with the Miwatj Board later requesting Purple House come on board to assist in running the service. The Yirrkala clinic was relocated to Nhulunbuy in 2026.

Nhulunbuy clinic will host Jack Thompson on his way to GAAMA festival in 2026.
