More than 400 people joined us for the launch of the new APY Art Centre Collective Gallery and Studio in Adelaide in May 2019. It’s also the home of Purple House’s new social support service.
The APY Art Centre Collective is a group of ten Aboriginal enterprises from across the APY Lands of northern South Australia. Their Adelaide space is the second artist-owned and run gallery and studio the collective now operates, after the opening of their Sydney gallery in 2017.
Purple House is currently building its first remote dialysis unit in South Australia, in Pukatja/Ernabella which is expected to open in mid-2019.
