Thanks for considering joining the Purple House team. Here’s what to expect during the recruitment process.
Introduction
We offer a range of flexible employment options and contracts. So once you get in touch, you may get hear from one of our team to chat about the role and to find our more about your experience. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions or want some more information too.
Interview
If you’re short-listed for a role, we’ll invite you for an interview either in person or on the phone. Interviews tend to include both competency-based and technical questions. This way, we can understand how you like to work and see your a good fit for the Purple House team.
Criminal record check
All applicants will be required to undertake a criminal records check. While a criminal history does not automatically exclude you from working with us, any criminal convictions must be disclosed when you apply.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
As Purple House is an NDIS provider all roles are required to complete a NDIS Screening Check.
COVID-19 Vaccination Status
We require all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (3 doses).
