The recruitment process

If you’re short-listed for a role, we’ll invite you for an interview either in person or on the phone. Interviews tend to include both competency-based and technical questions. This way, we can understand how you like to work and see your a good fit for the Purple House team.
Criminal record check
All applicants will be required to undertake a criminal records check. While a criminal history does not automatically exclude you from working with us, any criminal convictions must be disclosed when you apply.
Working with children check
As a child-safe organisation, all applicants applying for positions will be screened for suitability to work with children, youth and vulnerable people and are required to hold a current Ochre Card.
