How to leave a bequest
- Make or update you Will with the help of a solicitor or trustee company.
- Decide what type of bequest you would like to leave.
- Discuss your decision with your family and loved ones.
- Include Western Desert Nganampa Walytja Palyantjaku Tjutaku Aboriginal Corporation (Purple House) as a beneficiary in your Will.
You may wish to provide your solicitor with the following wording:
“I give Western Desert Nganampa Walytja Palyantjaku Tjutaku Aboriginal Corporation (Purple House) ABN 94 755 012 884 [insert sum of $ or % of estate or description of asset] free of all duties, to be applied to [general purposes or name specific community/project].”
We recommend obtaining independent legal advice to ensure your Will reflects your wishes and complies with Australian law.
