Wanarn is located over the WA border between Warakurna and Warburton on the Great Central Road, 900km south west of Alice Springs and 1,500km north east of Perth. This Ngaanyatjarra community in the ‘tali’ or sandhill country of the Gibson Desert is home to 200 people. Wanarn has a Store, School, Clinic and Kungkarrangkalpa (seven sisters) Aged Care respite centre.

Purple House offers dialysis at Wanarn Clinic, operated by Ngaanyatjarra Health Service in an award-winning building.
