Watiyawanu is located 325km west of Alice Springs on the Kintore Road. The Pintupi Luritja community is home to about 150 people and has a School, Church, Health Clinic and Store. It was named the Macdonnell Regional Council’s Tidy Town in 2015 and 2023.

Purple House provides dialysis services to patients in Mt Liebig community.

Mount Liebig Aged Care

Mount Liebig is also Purple House’s first remote aged-care facility that opened in 2017. This is a non-residential aged care service that provides meals, personal care such as help showering, wellbeing activities, and laundry services. This allows many old people to be able to stay in community and on Country when they need a little bit more support.
